Joint Effort to Save the Environment (JESE), in partnership with CARE International in Uganda, is seeking to recruit Tree Monitors to support the implementation of the Restore Africa (RESAf) Project in the six districts of Kamwenge, Kyenjojo, Bunyangabu, Ibanda, Kyegegwa, and Buhweju covering 48 sub-counties in these districts. RESAf is funded by Climate Asset Management through Global Evergreening Alliance and is being implemented in Uganda through a consortium with Catholic Relief Services as the lead agency. The program objective is to improve livelihoods, food security and resilience to climate change in Africa through the restoration of ecosystem services and the improved management of agricultural and forest areas.
